1. Eligibility

  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing it under parental supervision.

2. Product Information

  • All products are described and photographed to reflect the closest representation.

  • Slight variations in color, print, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Accepted modes: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking.

  • Weromy reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not verified or there’s a stock issue.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard dispatch time: 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery time: 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery delays due to external logistics partners are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellation

  • We do NOT accept returns or provide refunds.

  • Only replacements are allowed for:

    • Wrong items

    • Damaged goods

    • Defective products

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your Order ID + clear photos

6. Discounts, Coupons & Offers

  • Discounts and coupon codes are valid only for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

  • Discounted items may not be eligible for replacement unless found defective.

  • Weromy reserves the right to:

    • Modify or cancel discount campaigns at any time

    • Reject coupon codes suspected of misuse or abuse

7. Pricing Policy

  • Prices are listed in INR and include all applicable taxes.

  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content including text, logos, product photos, and graphics are property of Weromy.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. User Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Copy or modify any part of the website without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Weromy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to use of our website or products.

  • All customer data is confidential and used strictly for order fulfillment and communication.

  • No personal data is shared with third parties.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • Weromy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
