1. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Every item goes through a thorough quality check before shipping.
2. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we offer replacements only.

3. Do you offer size exchanges?
No, we currently do not offer size or color exchanges. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can only cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary based on location:
